The process for ordering plants through our online sale is twofold:

1. Select items for sale and ADD TO CART: Perennials, Hostas, Shrubs & Trees and Handcrafted Birdhouses

2. Select a Curbside Pick Up

Plant Sale - Ordering Instructions
To complete Step 1:
1. Click on the "Order Perennials - Hostas - Shrubs & Trees - Birdhouses" button above.
You will be redirected to our online store and it will open in a new tab.
Select a category on the left to view available items: Perennials, Hostas, and Shrubs & Trees, and Birdhouses.
Colors are listed in the description in (parenthesis).
Select Container Size and Quantity of available plant.
Add to Cart
Repeat as often as necessary.
To complete Step 2:
3. When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart,
Click on "Step 2 Curbside Pick Up Time Slot" at the left of the screen.
Scroll down to select a Day and Time for your Curbside Pick Up.
(If you change your mind, delete the time slot in your Cart and add a new time slot before checkout.)
Include:
1. Name of person picking up order
2. Cell Phone
3. Email
Add to Cart (1 only)
4. When you are ready to check out, hover over CART on the upper right of your screen and click CHECKOUT. This is the time to review your purchase, and make amendments if desired.
5. Click CHECKOUT again to enter your contact information in the boxes provided and select NEXT
6. Select NEXT again to be redirected to the secure payment system.
7. Pay for your order by credit or debit card or through PAYPAL using the secure payment system.
Follow the prompts.
You will eventually be directed back to the Gates Mills Garden Club page.
8. Add any important Notes to Seller in the box and Click COMPLETE ORDER to finalize your sale. Look for and print your confirmation email with details on what to expect during your selected pick-up time and date. If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is probably because you did not click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.

Curbside Pick Up Instructions
**YOUR CURBSIDE PICK-UP TIME SLOT and DAY IS ON YOUR ORDER SUMMARY - Please be punctual!
Email gmgcPlantSale@gmail.com if you have any issues and a plant sale specialist will respond via email or phone, if desired. Please note that this will probably not be from a number you recognize.
Your receipt will contain a phone number to call during Curbside Pick Up if you need help with directions or to contact us if you are delayed.
1. Before you leave your house, write your last name and first initial on a piece of paper in BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS. Place the paper on your dashboard so that the staff loading your plants can see it clearly. Please print and bring your confirmation email with you or write down your confirmation number in case we need it to locate your order.
2. Arrive at 1280 Chagrin River Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040 at your scheduled pick-up time.

There is no parking on-site so please arrive only during your scheduled time.
3. Please be careful that you do not block the road upon arrival and departure during curbside plant pick up. Please allow for 2 cars to pass in the driveway. Follow the on-site signs and be aware that once you enter the parking area, traffic is one-way only.
4. Please, do not get out of your car.
5. Once you are next in line, pop the trunk or hatch of your vehicle to ensure that volunteers can access your vehicle easily.
*If you need to physically unlock your trunk, please do so before arriving on the property.
*Please make sure that your trunk is clear of other items so that the plants can fit without others having to touch your personal objects.
6. Our volunteers will place plants into your trunk or truck bed and close the door for you.
7. We hope you enjoy your new plants and thank you for supporting the Gates Mills Garden Club!
