2026 in BLOOM

We will soon come out of hibernation - the garden club has lots of plans for making this gardening season fun and rewarding! It is going to be a festive year with the celebration of Gates Mills’ Bicentennial and the 250th birthday of our country. We will start with our March program on the unique features of Japanese gardens that create calm, contemplative retreats.

Looking ahead, our popular Plant Sale and Vintage Boutique featuring choice plants at great prices and gently used garden-related items takes place on Saturday, May 23 from 8 am to noon.

Our biennial Garden Tour of area private gardens takes place on June 19 and 20. In addition to self-guided Garden Tour tickets, there will again be a ticket option to enjoy a relaxed lunch at the elegant Chagrin Valley Hunt Club in the heart of Gates Mills, or sign up early for the Grand Tour on a comfortable motorcoach with a private guided tour that includes a bonus garden, lunch at the Hunt Club and other perks. Early bird tickets go on sale in early April! Proceeds are used for our many beautification, educational, and outreach projects in the community.

Enjoy returning to the garden!
